A writer for Bankrate.com interviewed our company President Jon Boyd some months ago for an piece he had been working on regarding real estate language.

Specifically, the topic was stuff listing real estate people will say about their listings to try to catch the attention of home buying consumers. Hint: The positive features are often exagerated.

These phrases were collected from our national association (naeba.org) and the are completely authentic.

Here is what you want to consider:

If a real estate agent customarily directs expressions like these to buyers, why would you ever want somebody like at being your buyer's agent or designated buyer's agent?

Sheep and LED lights do mix

One of my children is spending a couple months this summer on a farm in New York. A farm that has a variety of animals.

With that in mind I saw a great Youtube video on sheep and LED lights.

I think any buyer's agent should know that this indicates a high
